These terms govern the use of the Tabar Café website and the purchase of our products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept them.

2. Eligibility
You must be of the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Products, prices and taxes
- All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes (GST, QST or provincial taxes), which are calculated and added at checkout.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on destination and package weight.
- Product photos are provided for reference. Coffee is an agricultural product: bean colour and tasting notes may vary slightly from one harvest to the next.
- We may change our prices and product range at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you confirm it.
4. Orders
Your order is only final once your payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in particular in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing or display error, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you are refunded in full.
5. Shipping
Methods, rates and timelines are detailed in our shipping policy. Announced delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not constitute a guarantee.
6. Returns and refunds
Because coffee and capsules are food products, returns are governed by our refund policy, which we invite you to read before ordering.
7. Product storage
Coffee keeps best in an airtight container, away from light, heat and humidity. We cannot be held responsible for product deterioration caused by poor storage conditions after delivery.
8. Allergens
Our products are handled in facilities where other foods may be present. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact us before ordering.
9. Customer accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
10. Intellectual property
All site content — brand, logo, texts, photographs, blog articles, graphic elements — belongs to Tabar Café Inc. or is used with permission. Any reproduction or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.
11. Blog content
Articles published on our blog are provided for information purposes. They constitute neither nutritional advice nor medical advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tabar Café Inc.'s liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded, in particular with respect to food safety.
13. Privacy
The processing of your personal information is described in our privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when you place it. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act.
